Funding Opportunities
Incumbent Worker Training Grant: The Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWT) is a competitive grant funding to help eligible Tennessee businesses effectively train and retain employees by providing skills upgrades and process improvement training for existing full-time employees.
Apprenticeship Training Grant: The Apprenticeship Training Grant (ATG) supports Tennessee employers interested in starting an apprenticeship program or who are already authorized providers of the Registered Apprenticeship Program through the US/DOL Office of Apprenticeships.

Recruitment Assistance - Our team, partnering with our American Job Center Staff, offers customized hiring events. Job fairs, college career fairs, and similar events can be a great way to get the word out about your company and find good candidates for open and future positions.
Tax Incentive Programs - Employers who hire eligible individuals, such as veterans, justice-impacted individuals, or long-term unemployed people, may qualify for Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC). AJCs assist employers in applying for these tax incentives.
Customized Training: AJCs work with employers to provide customized training for their employees, improving skills and enhancing workforce productivity.
