We focus on serving Upper Cumberland employers to maintain a healthy workforce and strong economic climate for our region. We have several services and programs available to meet the needs of employers in various in-demand industries, such as funding opportunities, workforce pipeline development, training, and more.

Job Seekers

We focus on serving job seekers to connect individuals with meaningful employment. We provide the local American Job Centers as hubs for free employment services such as job placement, resume writing, work experience, adult education, and overall support to overcome barriers to employment.
